BAE Systems is a global company engaged in the development, delivery and support of advanced defence and aerospace systems in the air, on land and at sea.
The different types of engineers at BAE Systems come from a variety of backgrounds and vary in ages and experience. We recruit around 300 apprentices (largely from engineering, but a few business administration apprenticeships) and over 200 graduates from a range of disciplines including engineering, IT, Finance, Commercial and many more.
